Synopsis
In a secluded desert town, the inhabitants are being stalked by enormous earth worms that reach up from the ground and pull living creatures down into their mouths. The two local handymen, Val and Earl, team up with a seismographic student to kill them off.
Summary
'Tremors' is a great movie. It's hard to ever know whether the film was intended to be scary or hysterical....but it ended up just being both. The general idea and basic storyline gave me a recurring nightmare that surfaces every now and then, but the fashion in which the film is done is funny as hell....so you're not scared while you're watching it, but there's a good chance you'll feel an after-effect. Bacon and Ward are a good team, and their antics bring comedy to the otherwise eerie plot. Definitely see this movie....it's on TV all the time and is sold at almost every video store, so don't miss it.
